The aim was to create a generic shape, with thick walls and medium sized volume, that focuses on the material and its properties/aspect.
We wanted to play with the granulate size and its melting point, to create textures, from bottom to top of the object, which allow for different surface finishes along the height of the object.
Process
It’s the resulting confrontation between object language and human sense. It refers to a space were the elemental faces the unusual, across a common table. Embracing material properties and craftsmanship values, our vision combines knowledge from both ceramics and cabinet making, from a practical point of view, establishing it’s presence within the scope of tableware & furniture.
Founded in 2019 by Natasza Grzeskiewicz & Tomás Fernandes, sharing the same intent into designing and producing exceptional items, in limited volume, with a transparent process and deep incentive in maintaining small productions. This conscious and dedicated approach, allow us to work with a span of different materials, creating valuable engagements with both buyers and craftsmen. In growth, we seek close connection, towards the projects we work on and the people we get involved with.
